As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland and a Licensed Profession Counselor (LPC) in the District of Columbia as well as Virginia, Asia Vianna Leak understands the importance of practicing mindfulness daily. She also has experienced how transformational it can be to have someone lead her through mindful movement and mindful meditation. With that in mind, she has created five Mindfulness Video Packages to support your mental wellness.
Additionally, Asia facilitates a variety of mental health related workshops and is available for speaking engagements. If you are interested in individual services, she provides two different options.
